FZ Exports has focused on developing procedures, which focus on ensuring quality at every step of the process of production sourcing. Our QA associates ensure that all approvals are in place before the production starts. Production is checked regularly to ensure that the output conforms to the committed client specifications, and finally our qualified manufacturers provide us with the quality control reports after the production is completed.

With in-line and Final Quality Inspections on site, a production order, upon completion is again inspected by a team of Quality Controllers at a separate facility (Third Party Audit) which is operated and maintained by FZ Exports off-site. Here the finished packed goods are re-inspected right down to the minutes details of packing compliance and once found acceptable are then released for onwards transportation to our clients.

As an Apparel Production Sourcing company, FZ Exports‘ Operations are geared to ensure Quality of the output at all stages of the process. Operations at FZ Exports comprise Pre-production & Sampling, Production & Quality Assurance, and Shipment. We have geared our resources to minimize the lead times in our operations and keep our customers up to date about their orders.

We also provide online order tracking facility to our clients. Each FZ Exports client is provided a unique username and password, which provides access to status of their orders. While we work as remote managers on behalf of our clients, we understand that we are their eyes and ears locally. All information flow is coordinated smoothly between all three entities involved in the process: buyers, FZ Exports, and qualified factories.*

We develop a detailed work plan for each purchase order, and endeavor to meet each milestone religiously. Delivery timeliness is an integral part of our quality system. We are continuously aware of the fact that the apparel industry is time sensitive. Time is money, and FZ Exports meets all demands to provide our clients with quality apparel anytime, anyplace. We understand that a delay in any of the factors in the process can trigger a delay in the committed delivery time. Appropriate checklists are part of the process at every stage, which ensure that an appropriate indication is provided to the concerned managers if there is a problem, a potential problem or anticipated bottleneck. Corrective action and alternative plans can then be put into place to ensure that on-time delivery is maintained as far as possible.
